A practical guide
Can you send a reminder to someone else?
Yes. Remimo lets you create a timed reminder for a friend, family member, or group instead of relying on a message sent hours too early.
Create the reminder in Remimo, choose the person or group, and set when it should appear. The recipient uses Remimo to save the reminder, receive its notification, and mark it complete.
How sending a reminder works
A message delivers information now. A reminder is designed to resurface later, when the information becomes useful.
Add the title, date, time, and any details the recipient needs.
Select a Remimo friend or a group instead of keeping the reminder only for yourself.
The recipient receives the reminder through Remimo at the scheduled time, subject to their device and notification settings.
The recipient can mark the reminder complete, giving the sender a clear update inside Remimo.
Does the other person need Remimo?
To save a shared reminder and receive its notifications, the recipient needs Remimo installed. When you share with someone outside Remimo, they can preview the reminder from the shared link before opening or downloading the app.
Why not just send a text?
That difference is the reason Remimo exists. Read the story behind Remimo.
Everyday reasons to remind someone
Reservations, things to bring, birthdays, errands, and plans made earlier in the day.
Pickups, bills, chores, shopping, school items, and shared household responsibilities.
Meetings, club activities, deadlines, supplies, and tasks that need a clear owner.
Personal reminders live alongside the reminders you send and receive.
