2.1.1 Account information such as display name, email address, username/handle, and optional profile image.

2.1.2 Content you create, including reminders, descriptions, due dates, assignments, and completion status.

2.2.1 Device and technical data such as device token, OS version, app version, device type, and time zone.

2.2.2 Usage data such as feature interactions, notification events, and basic diagnostics/logs.

2.2.3 Approximate location inferred from IP address for security and service operations (if applicable).

2.3 Social/Collaboration Data

2.3.1 Friend connections and invitations.

2.3.2 Group membership and shared task interactions.

2.4 Sensitive Data

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (for example health data, financial account data, government IDs, or precise geolocation) unless explicitly disclosed at the point of collection and consented to in-product.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

5. Push Notifications

5.1 We use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to send notifications.

5.2 This requires storing device tokens linked to your account/device.

5.3 You may disable push notifications in your device settings.

6. Payments

6.1 Purchases are processed by Apple.

6.2 We do not receive or store full payment card details.

6.3 Subscription status and transaction metadata may be provided to us for account management and fraud prevention.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

7.1 To service providers that process data on our behalf (for example Supabase for infrastructure, Apple for payments and push delivery).

7.2 To other users where required by product functionality (for example assigned tasks visible to recipients, shared group tasks visible to members).

7.3 For legal reasons, including compliance with law, lawful requests, or protection of rights, safety, and security.

7.4 In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where legally required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Data Retention

9.1 We retain personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.

9.2 Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

9.3 Backup systems may retain limited data for an additional period as necessary.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, authentication controls, and access restrictions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Remimo does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13.1 The Service is not intended for children under 13 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years old or above.

13.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it within reasonable time.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

14.1 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

14.2 We will revise the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.

14.3 Material changes may be communicated through in-app notice, email, or other reasonable methods.

14.4 Continued use after changes take effect constitutes an acceptance of the updated Policy.
